I m playing a lot of HU 20$ turbo lately and every opponent seem to reraise me either preflop or on the flop
sometimes they bluff sometimes they don t... whatever...
so betting 3 BB on the button preflop is a good thing or not?
is limping better... 22BB... what should be the best at this stake?
should a limp whith bottom pair with this kind of super agressive players...
I don t really know what is the optimum play at this stake...all i know is bluffing is not an option...lol
so if someone can help me out a bit to find what is optimum play and why...that ll be great

I play these stakes on stars. Yes you get these types of players a bit, and just stick to ABC poker and take them to value town when you hit your hand. Also you need to pick a range and 3 or 4 bet them preflop to establish you are not going to be run over. You really need to get a read on what they are re-raising with so you can establish a range that you can 4 bet or shove on. I know this is hard sometimes but it is essential to have some kind of idea if he is doing this with top pair, air or A/K/Q high etc.
You can as you suggested limp middle/bottom pair and just call his bet for pot control this also will help you get a better idea what kind of player you are dealing with as well. Mostly it comes down to picking a spot that is ahead of the villians range and going with your read.

Yes sometimes it takes few hundred.. but trust me a hand will come along that they will give you them back plus interest. I am almost always down 2-3 hunred at first feeling out the villain. Then a hand comes along that they just cant fold or just try to bluff and there down to 500 or less chips.
Always try to pot control your hands you have some decent show down value with and note what his holdings are.
