6-max hyper turbo climbing stakes /sick heater

Not sure if this is the right place for 6 max hyper related stuff but I though I'd fire it in seeing as you guys follow the high stakes hypers , basically I've been messing around with poker for maybe 5-6 months, deposited a little here and there and busted it every time playing mainly hu.

accidently registered for a 3.50 6 max hyper turbo and ended up winning it so I was hooked instantly, within a day I had busted (again) chasing losses and didn't deposit for a while . I started looking into some strategy for these and came across a few good articles + one paid video pack.

was feeling like I had a "grasp" on the basic concepts so just over a week ago I deposited £10 ($16) would of been more but I've just bought a new car so I'm watching the funds and wasn't expecting much tbh

Started with a few $1.50's and did ok so jumped up to the $3.50's  and from there it has been plain sailing. I'm now playing the $7's with a few $15 and $30's mixed in.

my BR is currently at $500 and I hope I can keep it climbing , I know a lot of people think these games are pure luck etc so it will be nice to hear some feedback and responses

Anyway that's it , il try and stick some screenshots in cheers !

Hi there Shotglass Nice to

Hi there Shotglass

Nice to win a few games, isn't it?

However, I should warn you the variance on HTSNG is huge and you need a sample of at least 1000 games to determine whether you are a winning player. So, it may be a good idea to keep turning up at your day job for now. :)

These games definitely

These games definitely require skill, the players that say they are pure luck are usually not the winning players.

This is a good start, just make sure you have a bankroll large enough to handle downswings. You shouldn't be playing higher than the 7 level if your bankroll is 500 euros. 15 level tops (and that's very aggressive). Definitely not the 30s!

The best players in these can easily lose 50 buyins at any time, so make sure you at the very least move down in stakes if you start losing, and focus on making good decisions always!

+1 There is a pretty huge gap

+1

There is a pretty huge gap in skill from $7 to $15. You will find much better regulars on the $15 then on $7. Table selection and note taking as well as a good HUD is absolutely mandatory. You also need a sharp understanding of ICM and the bubble factor. Sometimes players make a single wrong decisions that costs them the winnings of 10 games - at their current winrate. For someone who 'only' played HUSNG up till now and never played 6max or 9max SNGs understanding ICM might be quite difficult and therefore requirs a lot of work before you play your first hand.

Oh, and please, pretty please...do not play satelites with the same strategy which you use for $15 6max HT sng. Those require a strategy on its own.

Hi.
