If you find a whole set of people that will play you over and over and they don't adjust much in some spots such as 3bets/4bets/end game open shoves, you could certainly buy hands, plug them into some sort of a program to figure out their frequencies and develop the most exploitive counterstrategy.Otherwise, I would imagine it is not worthwhile for anybody to purchase.
