New player, when to start adding tables?

Hello All,

I am a US player on bovada currently at the 5.25 dollar level and have been single tabling aside from some piddling around with two tables at the 1.10 dollar level.  As far as 1-ish year goals, I would like to be milti-tabling the 10-30 dollar levels on bovada.  Being a US player (aka smaller player pool), I would much rather be playing lots of 20's than sitting around picking my nose waiting for someone to register in a 50.

So after all that rambling, this is the question.  I am getting around to the point where I could either take a shot at the occasional 10$ husng or I could begin 2 tabling the 5s.  I can see the merit in both paths, either single tabling until I can beat the 30s and then adding tables or adding tables now while it is cheap/less variance to learn.  I know that emotionally I would be better off multi tabling now because I am fairly sensitive to the swings of poker and especially when moving up in limits.  Multi-tabling would seem to help in that my roll when I do take on the 10s would be larger.  On the other hand, I don't want to develop some hack B- game that can play 4 tables but has some serious gaps in it.

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.  I am fairly torn as to what to do.

I would not look to start

I would not look to start adding tables till you get to 30 or 60s. I just think when you start to add tables so low you will make a lot of mistakes. I feel like a lot of the hard decisions you find yourself in will be even harder. For example I used to really have to think through some decisions. Now I find they are more automatic so I can add more tables. I have also had a few lessons from coaches on here and they all pretty much said same thing to me as I referenced above.
