question on All-In Equity and Net Adjusted PT4

I feel I have been running particularly poorly recently and I am surprised that both my All-In Equity and Net Adjusted graphs are negative.

I am trying to understand why and my first instinct is that it is because fish are hitting wonder cards on the river before a lot of the chips go in, however I read somewhere that once betting gets to the river then equity is not included in these graphs as there are only 3 possibilities 100% 50% or 0.

Is this true as I couldn't find anything about it in the PT4 guides?

all-in equity and net

all-in equity and net adjusted graphs differ from real money graphs only in situations where hands were all-in with cards to come. In those situations you are awarded you equity in the pot, rather than the outcome of the hand. In all other situations the two graphs are identical.
