I am doing some long-term goal planning and need some ROI and game-length input. My tentative goal is to be playing in and doing fairly at $30s by the end of this year. I would like to be getting my feet wet in the $50s at about that time.My questions are:For each level of $20s, $30s, and $50s, for both regular speed and turbo games: (consider two- or three-tabling)1. What could be the expected ROI of a relatively "normal and untalented" but dedicated player given ten SOLID weeks of serious study. This describes me. Also, this player (myself) has a long history of studying other forms of poker, but both stepped up aggression and adapting to opponents are somewhat new concepts to me. I've mostly played a robotic and weak-tight game, but I'm starting to come out of my shell.2. What could be the eventual attainable ROI of that same player in each of these games? Say he was given one year+ to study diligently.3. What is the expectation of some of the top players (husng.com coaches) in these games?4. What length are the average games in each format? And are they affected much by the buyin level? Thanks in advance!
