Help with common situation vs tight-passive opponent

So fairly often when I'm playing a TP opponent I will watch him just absolutely melt away.  I've been min raising every hand since 25/50 and get him down to just a few BBs at the high blinds.  When he finally goes all-in he doubles up.  The next hand or shortly after, he doubles again.  Now we are even stacks, maybe he's even taken the lead, and because it took so long to chip away at this guy the blinds are huge and it's shove/fold for both of us.  So basically I've gone from having a huge edge on a guy who seems like the easiest opponent in the world to being in coin flip land.  How do we deal?

Here are some abridged HH's from a 4-man tonight to further illustrate what I'm talking about:

So you get the idea, it's bingo - and it's a tough break because this guy was just giving his blinds away the entire game.  And just by the nature of this type of opponent it takes a while to chip away at him so the blinds very often do get this high as the opponent clings for life.  For what it's worth I ended up winning the match above, but that's certainly not always the case.

I get these too!

I get these too, just a few notes in general, you should have SAGE open http://www.cardplayer.com/magazine/article/15250
Hand 1:
You should be shoving with effective stacks of less than 6BB you ought to shove KJ for the fold equity, but then villain should call too!
Hand 4:
You are right to shove and he is "wrong" to call mathematically. Overtime you make money.

Nothing wrong much with your play in these particular hands, but you may find you are giving him too much respect in the other hands you aren't getting doubled up on?

I havent moved to Nash yet, but that may help with some of the other hands at >8BB

I am finding a lot of people

A lot of the low stakes players I seem to be coming across are playing loose-passive styles.

They seem to limp a lot of their buttons and call a lot of your raises, almost as though they have to see every flop, maybe hoping to out play you on the post flop. But often their game then consists of pot sized raises post flop or shut downs, with the odd check raise when they hit big, or calling your 1/2 pot raises to the turn.

I expect they are trying to play LAG but haven't worked out the Aggro bit

i think on low stakes they r

i think on low stakes they r not even LAG TAG or anything ...they r just retards.... trust me nothing rational... they hope and sometimes they hit... the difficulty is sometimes there is one player who know how to play ...and u forget to play the right way with someone playin ok.

just my thoughts...

I agree with cymon.

I agree with cymon.  Loose-Passive seems to be the style of choice for most of the low stakes guys.

Hmm

I have started finding this too?

I have tried using NASH but it seems as they are only playing premium hands then I get busted way too often?
For example I will have the player down to <13 BB and I will be pushing decent hands and he folds say half a dozen NASH will say push with J4s and and I get called with Ax/Kx/Qx.

Any advice from people? Should we be raising say 3x instead, would this be enough too fold players who are tight?
