As of this morning on FT there don't appear to be any $5 NL HUSNG tables. I can see $5 PL and Limit tables, and 4 and 8 person shootouts but there are no regular $5 NL 2-man HUSNGs.
"FTP is notorious at not responding to emails days or weeks at a time. Pokerstars are always within hours or within the hour most times."
That's why they give you 27% rakeback. They only keep 73% of that (realistically less), which is basically a D in most schools I think, about on par with the quality of their site (customer service F, policy F, population A, fishiness B or C).
In all honesty if they'd just hire like 6 good CS agents full time and let FTP Sean and FTP Doug do a little more (maybe 2 more of those types of reps?) I think it would go a very long way.
My experience with FTP support has been nothing but bad, and there is no way I want to play there again. In contrast, Stars support is the nuts, hell, they even bother answering to completely retarded questions...
At 1:09 am ET, April 23, our game servers were taken offline due to technical difficulties. This issue is now resolved and you may log in to your Full Tilt Poker account and play at the tables as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All players affected by this issue have been compensated accordingly.
If you were seated at a tournament, the following occurred based on Tournament rule #31:
* If you were playing in a tournament (or Sit and Go) and were "in the money" at the time of the disconnection, you were awarded with the next guaranteed payout and refunded your tournament fee. In addition, any remaining prize pool was distributed among all remaining players based on chip count.
* If the tournament (or Sit and Go) was not yet "in the money" at the time of the disconnection, you were refunded your tournament buy-in and tournament fee. Your buy-ins were refunded in the same currency you used to enter the tournament, unless you earned your entry through a satellite, in which case you were refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition, any buy-ins from players already eliminated from the tournament were divided up and distributed among all remaining players based on chip count.
Okay, so the $5 games are back on. But they're now $5 + 0.50 instead of $5 + 0.25.
Thing is, the $6 Turbos are still 6 + .25 and the $10 games are 10 + 0.50.
WTF? Thanks for nothing Full Tilt.
There are all sorts of problems with HUSNGs lately. The $500 non-turbos haven't been showing up, and the turbos below $550s don't seem to be opening new lobbies when a person joins one. It is probably just an error that they are working on fixing.
yea, to me it only shows 2$ normal speed and then 10$ next
Strange.
The 5s have been abolished.
have FT said that?
no 6 so you go from 2 to 10? dumb ass move
omg i cant see any 33$. Now i am down to 22's and i have a lot of grinding to do to be able to play 55's :S
Nah, I was just kidding about the abolished bit, I haven't heard anything from FT about it. Does seem kind of strange though.
Wow, I cant see 5, 6, 10 and 33$ tournaments. Strange situation. I sent email to FT support, will post here what they answer.
well i cant see turbos 33$ and 6$ turbos for sure, it sucks, if i can remember right, i was playing 33's a day or two ago :s
the 110 and 220 games are gone now
Ok seriously anyone knows whats going on?
no answer by the support yet
