Mixing limps and raises

Many times I'd like to trap the opponent with some strong pocket (QQ+) but I don't know what is the right thing to do.

Yes, I know, I should adapt to my opponent and that's fine...but more precisely... Do you guys limp mid holdings and mix them to QQ+ hands? The question is really simple. I fear my opponent recognize some strange behaviour and don't give me some action...

Let's elaborate... :)

Here's a basic guide for you...
If villain is tough and balances everything (3betting, calling oop, raising limps)
Limp the bottom range, raise the top, including those you can continue with when 3bet.  As blinds increase, add value hands to your limping range (the top-top).
If villain doesn't 3bet but might raise limps:
Limp the very bottom and the very top, raise everything else.
If villain doesn't call OOP (only 3bets) and either raises limps or doesn't (doesn't matter):
Limp the middle, raise the top and bottom.
