I get 3-4 swings non-stop but kornorman is right, 10-20 seems to happen more often. I guess it depends a lot on your style, i've tightend my game up quite a lot but I still get some pretty sick swings depending on how I am running. It can be increadibly frustrating to grind up 15 buyins then lose 9-10 games in a row from suckouts :(
Depends a lot on how big of a winner you are (your edge, or winrate or ROI, same stuff different measurements).
However, 3-4 buyin downswings are going to be common for any player, even a big winner in low stakes, regular speed games.
