i only play on full tilt , wherethe first level starts at 15/30; if he raises to 270 i will almost always shove all in, because with 1010 there are many flops that i would hate to see. @ the 55s and 110s i often see people who call my shove with 66 or A8s or something. So in my opinion a shove is fine.
If he has 3bet you more than once in the first 10 hands then TT is probably destroying his 3bet range. The only way I wouldn't shove is if I thought he would get it in with air regardless of the flop when I flat call but would fold to my shove preflop.
