Lately I've been playing the $20 and $30 reg speed sngs on Stars. Ive been working on playing a similar style to most of the videos (ie. raising most preflop and then cbetting dry boards and made hands etc.) However, I've noticed a TON of the players at this level will simply give you no credit pre and post flop. This is great when your hitting but when I'm missing flops I'm losing a lot of chips in this area. I've tried to adapt by simply tightening my range and only raising premiums while limping more of the medium hands. Then when I do hit, I can build the pot, but if I don't the pot is small. Is this a good strategy or is there something else I should be working on. Sorry, if this is a very basic strategy question...

Yea, it's decent strategy. Those kind of players usually aren't good enough to notice the difference in your limps or raises. You can also min raise your weaker hands and 3x your stronger hands cause they're just not paying attention or don't care, they just wana see the flop themselves. Postflop you wana cut down your cbetting dramatically, just wait till you hit and bet it as usually they won't lay down any piece themselves. You may still wana throw a missed flop cbet in once in a while to mix it up but primarily just play ABC poker against them. Just be patient against those kind of villians and let spots develop and let them make mistakes cause they will eventually.
If they aren't folding to your flop bets then you should either start firing more barrels to push them off their hand at later streets or you can just stop cbetting when you have air so your cbets are purely for value.
I'd really recommend watching Cog Dissonance's videos, especially the ones where he plays against passive opponents and calling stations - they're really excellent and helped me a lot improve my game against these opponents.
