i find im better off not using a hud for husngs as villains play generally changes compared to effective stacksizes, and therefore your stats on villain can be very inaccurate.

i do like to have it running while im playing though just for the show mucked cards as i find it better than opening up he hand replayer

i dont think you can use it for leak finding like you an in 6max/fr by looking to lower certain stat% etc as hu is totally villain dependent.

what i do is use the replayer to go back through games ive played and look for things i might have missed during a game like maybe 3bet shoving a certain hand vs villain etc

i also think it helps to swap HHs and get someone who is not biased to look over your play

HEM is great for showing the mucked cards on the HUD.

if you have a winning players database, you can check winrates in certain spots against their winrates for pretty solid leakfinding.
