How to deal with an aggressive 3-bettor?

Hi,

I`ve been struggling with very aggressive 3-bettors who 3-bet over 30% of hands. I usually fold a lot and then raise with a big hands back. They usually got me tilted and I make mistakes when 3-betting them back with a decent hands like 33-66, Ax, TJ, KT, KQ etc. If flop is high and I make a continuation bet with a small pair OOP I lose a lot of chips and then I ruin my whole game. What should I do with these kind of a players? Let them 3-bet and trap them, call a lot, fold a lot, shove a lot?

My 3-bet is normally between 10-20%, should I bet more?

I think that you should be

I think that you should be flat calling your speculative strong hands like JT, KT, AT, QJ, etc., and be 4bet/calling a combination of strong hands like AJ+ and some weaker hands like pocket pairs, AX, KQ (flat calling this isn't bad either), J8o, T7s, etc. You should figure out pretty quickly whether they are 3bet/folding or just getting it in ultra light. You can adjust your range accordingly.

I don't think you should

I don't think you should ever flat JT or worse, unless you have a plan to take the pot away on the flop.
