I saw in a video by PrimordialAA the concept of "Go and Go". Could someone explain me when this comes in effect. Does it depend on effective stack sizes or on a villain?
Blame on me...I currently watched the video advancedconcepts 1 again and PrimodialAA explained it in detail.
In German there is a saying "if you can read correctly you will have a hugh advantage" :-) Si I did it at the second time.
