My call preflop out of position is a bit loose, and i would probebly fold this most often against this opponent and try to exploit him in position instead.
I turn the flush, and checkraises my opponent. I think river is quiet interesting, because even though we have a low flush, only the Qs, Js and 9s (and full house ofc) beats us. We do check the river, so what can he have in this rivershove? Do you like calling?
if he raises this much in the end it looks more like a bluff than value, specially if the guy is a donk ... i would call. but folding is an option
If you are going to float this flop I think you should be doing it with a hand that is probably live against something made (like QJ). As played, you need to win when you call on this river a little less than 1/3 times. I think that folding here would be a very big mistake.
Edit: I misread the hand when I posted this.

You would fold the flop in this hand?
Sorry, I misread this hand. I thought there was only one spade on the flop. My response to both things is confusing because of that.
I'll look it over a little later, no time right now.
I think you should raise bigger on the turn. Pretty much any spade or any board pair is going to have you puking and for the price he is getting at the turn he could be correctly calling you with hands that are far behind.
On the river I'd lean towards a fold. You are getting decent odds but the fact that he flat called my turn makes me think he is drawing or trying to control the size of the pot. I don't think that the typical opponent is bluffing here very often.
