I dont like iPoker's dumb structure (10/20 blinds, then jump to 20/40, 30/60 and 50/100). And soft is much worse then FT/Stars.
But games are softer, its true. A lot of loose passive players, they will limp-call you every time and then c/c with air or nuts. A lot of min-3bettors (3bet 100 to your open raise 60).
I played in iPoker last year at all stakes between 5$ and 200$, but finished this March, and have no plans to play there again.
... and I get 55-60% RB instead of 27% or "nothing" it might be worth a consideration to play there.
True, the software sucks compared to Stars/FTP but is playable (missing preferred seat position and some other features - check minimaxmod.com if you hate what it looks like without modding)
I played on ipoker last year, there are a few regs, but i think the regs and the fish are slightly softer then the players on stars&tilt
but the software sucks soooooooo much ;)
Not sure if you played on Pacific poker but thats the worst ever software I've used.
Deleted it the moment I cashed out and got my bonus.

I started there (no idea why!) and seems games are soft. I play the 20s nonturbo
