from what I have heard the redline can be very accurate or way off. I dont know much about HEM settings but I do know people have had issues with it. You could try their forums lots of good feedback and pretty helpful community.

As for should you pay attention to it. Well, not really. All it will tell you is if you ran well or not. I used to be obsessed with the redline. Now I just review HHs.
