Recently I'm facing more and more loose passive opponents, maybe I can't adapt or maybe they suck out each time I don't know :(
Common situation against the opponents: I 3bet big pre and I got no piece of the flop, std cbet that got raised, I'm committed and I called.
Maybe I have to 3bet much smaller? Or the play is fine?

If you really want it to be easy to play postflop, you can 3bet to 220 and have 1145 effective stacks going into a 440 pot. Your 3bet will get called a lot more often, but the stack sizes will be much worse for your opponent to try to make a move against you on the flop. I think your cbet will take it down most of the time if the 3bet doesn't.
As played, I think that the flop is villain dependent but the call is probably ok.
Is really 220 ok? I mean , Don't I lose too much value 3betting so low?
I am not so sure if I could call that, besides I have a pretty good read. Bad players like to call with many small- medium pocket pairs and hands like J9s J8s etc., so I would see me with my 6 (worst case 3) outs most of the time. 3betting smaller makes your cbet smaller as well and I think you can also find your fold if he jams because you got more stack left and he is giving you way worse odds.

I think that most players (especially at mid stakes) fold way too much in 3bet pots. Thus, I think that having the intiative gives you a big enough advantage to be able to get away with 3betting to 220. Also, the stack sizes will make it very difficult to raise you on the flop, so I think that you will either take the pot down or get to the turn very easily.
or its a to much passive way to play a 3bet hand. I play low stakes , is a difference in that types of plays???
Often in that type of situation i use process of elimination POE to make easiest decisions ,but in these particular situation i dont know where i stand
If you play low stakes you can probably get away with checking the flop, but as you start to play against better players they will realize that you probably aren't checking your strong hands and will start to bet into you more often. Also, you should be careful with trying to follow the easiest play because the easiest play doesn't necessarily get you the best value.
Could you explain this a bit deeper please? Can you give an example where people often fold and what they should do instead? Do you mean they should float or reshove more often?
