Following RyPac's advice, I contacted FTP support a few months ago expressing my disappointment that I could not acquire rakeback - having not known about it when I signed up - and wanting to know what my options were. As I was told to predict, support said that someone from Rakeback pros could contact me. It's been months and no contact.
I just put money on FTP for the first time in years to play the Rush cash games (loving them, by the way) and it's just killing me that I don't have rakeback. What am I going to do, buy an FTP hat?

If your account is not linked to any FT affiliate partner, I believe you will get rakeback from Rakebackpros soon or later. Keep bombing them with emails. Forward email from FT support to Rakebackpros contact email.
Are there any chances of switching to another affiliate if your old affiliate already gives you the full 27% rakeback ? Or will they allow me to create a new account if I don't play for 1,2,3, ... 5 years ?
Folks, just so you are aware i dropped an email to rakebackpros last week and i now have rake back on my ftp account, they turned it around within a few days. Now when i lose i dont lose so much, cracking idea! ;).
I should add, if it will help PM me for the copies of the emails .
Yea, I'd just spam FTP and RB Pros support 3x a week each until they do something.
I've heard that 1-2 month waits are not out of the ordinary.
For the other question: You can almost never switch affiliates, it's something that is even tougher to do than get rakeback with a non rakeback account.
I say "almost never" because I'm sure it's happened before, but I've never heard of it and I've tried to get it done for people before and was met with a wall of "no way possible" from decently placed people.
