Villain seems to play a straightforward poker, nothing fool, tight oop and raise a lot ip. Not the worst opponent for sure. I put him on a tris, 2pair or a monster draw.
Do you call his minraise? Is it ok to 3bet his minraise? So call and evaluate turn or just get it in just because we are ahead?

I like your play. Since you put him on those hands, you'll most likely want to get it in now because a turn diamond might kill action from the two pair hands and a non-diamond turn may lose action from a pair + diamond draw or similar hands he could be doing this with
Preflop is fine, you have a suited gapper, this hand plays well, even against unknowns because a lot of value from the hand is flopping flushes or straights (or strong combos) and you'll almost always play them hard and aggressive vs anybody this deep.
Postflop, most people cbet any piece of this board and that sometimes even includes weaker draws. I would check raise to build a pot, and look towards making a large turn bet on a non diamond to commit this player to the pot (helps induce shoves from draws as well, since a call looks much less appealing).
But if you think leading will result in a bigger pot with more of his range, absolutely lead here. Just be wary that players that will cbet with a wide range of playable hands on this flop may be much less likely to play a bigger pot when you lead, since they will just flat call your lead rather than having to flat call your check raise when they cbet.
