Hi Guys
Just joined. Got some coaching from Ryan(xSCWx) a couple of years to help my full ring STTs . Now I am ready to be more serious about HU.
starting at the low levels for a week or two as I have more leaks then the Titanic
About 20 hands against this guy. He is around 35%pfr and a bit passive post. This would be my standard play in other games but is it the best line for HU?
Sorry this wont go into the replayer

I think that you should check/raise or check/call the flop instead of leading out. These boards don't improve many hands, so they tend to go to the preflop raiser when he cbets. If you check you can get value from all of his air hands, whereas if you lead out you might block him from cbetting air.
Thanks for the input Ryan. Just trying to learn how to get the best value out of my monsters
I guess the difference is in a non HUs game is the likelihood of the PFR having a good hand. I was afraid that if I C/R the flop, the hand is over or an over pair goes into pot control. Does the C/R here not get is much credit because it does look like a good place to bluff and allin all HU is played with much weaker values?
If you had a decent pocket pair you would probably 3bet him preflop, and most 4x you are going to fold preflop, so if you check/raise him here you aren't repping that many hands besides 9X. A lot of people will call you down with ace high here if they think you are capable of bluffing.
