I have the same kind of problem too, I purchase the 1 month membership and it cost me $100. I can only download mid and low stakes level video?? I did not pay for $25 standard memebership at beginning?!
Hi,The issue is that the full membership did not transfer over correctly. You like have the "Standard" video privilages now because you had a prior video pack that you bought (and why your upgrade was $100). This will all be resolved in the morning for you. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
sorry, i am kind confused now. so u are saying that the cost i am paying is for the standard memebership?? and it only last for a month? I just sign up for two days and everyone who are going to sign up for standard memebership now just need to pay $25??

This means that it should have ran out towards the end of April.If you believed you bought another subscription since then, please use the contact forum on the "contact us" page to look at it. Ohhmygoodness,Please use the "contact us" form to email us and let us know when you purchased the $100 upgrade and through what method of payment. I only see your $19.99 order in the system, but I can manually find any $100 purchase that was made and correctly apply your account. Thanks.

However, just email us via the "contact us" form and let us know the date and method of payment (and any other details such as email address used) and I can verify the $100 upgrade and credit you your Premium Membership.
