I've been doing pretty well at the 20's and the 10's ( two tabling) and I wonder what anyone thinks about playing them for a living. With my hourly at a little over $20 ( over 160 games) I wonder if I could just grind out 120 hours a month, to make a little over 2.5k everymonth ( increasing as I get better obv) Any ideas on this? Here is a graph of my 20's over the past 30 days; you can see where I started to take it seriously, and then you can see where I rematched on tilt for 10 buy ins =( [IMG]http://i850.photobucket.com/albums/ab62/dhcg86_bucket/DisplayGraph.png[/... obv a small sample but once I reach 1k games , or even 500, I will have a good idea of my roi (5% confidence interval ofc)
If you're withdrawing 100% of what you make you're 100% guaranteed to go bust at some point, no matter how big your bankroll is. If I were you I'd rather start withdrawing RB earnings or something like 1.5-2% of BI of each game you play if you're on Stars. Once you get an idea of a higher ROI (10%+) you can start withdrawing more but that means you'll have to pad your bankroll. If you're playing $20 regspeeds at 13% ROI and withdrawing 5% from each buyin, you're in actuality playing at 8% ROI ;) Also not withdrawing all your earnings makes it easier to progress thru stakes and eventually get a bigger hourly
