PLO content and BRM?

Hello

How much content is there for PLO HUSNGs? I can't seem to find anything when I search apart from 1 video but maybe that's because I'm a basic member

How many BI do you recommend for HUSNGs? I read the BRM article but i'm assuming that's for NL and the variance in PLO is much greater.

This is what's recommended in the article

$5s - 15BI ($75)
$10s - 20BI ($200)
$20s - 25BI ($500)
$30s - 30BI ($900)

Would it be ok to x these requirements by 2 instead or is that still not enough?

Thankyou

I think doubling the BR

I think doubling the BR requirements would be an absolute minimum. Obviously depends on how good you are and tolerance to risk, but if possible I would want to have close to 80 or so buyins once I hit the 30+ level. I might be a nit.

BRM in tournaments does not

BRM in tournaments does not depend on in-game variance, but on ROI and prizepool distribution. PLO does have more ingame variance, but the players are much worse, so I think similar ROIs are achievable in HUPLO and HUNL SNGs (maybe even bigger in PLO). Thus you should use the same BRM method for NLHE and PLO SNGs

Surely in game variance must

Surely in game variance must play a role? The ROI thing makes sense though..

Even if that's the case i'm not comfortable playing on such short BRM so i'll prob do something like

$10s - 30BI
$20s - 35 - 40BI
$30s - 45 - 50BI

>$40s - i'll take shots & table select with 40BI since they don't seem to run often. My BR should be increasing as I grind the 20s & 30s anyway so that 40BI may well become 100BI or something.

I may adjust these numbers as I go along, but does this seem ok?
