I'd recomend to start with PrimordialAA's "HUSNG's From Scratch" series, also his "Reinforcing Fundementals". All of his videos are good though and is a good starting point. My other favs are Croixdawg, HokieGreg and Mersenneary.

Cog's videos should really help you with identifying opponent types and adjustments throughout.A lot of the videos in the standard membership should benefit low to mid stakes players, so take a look at a few videos from each instructor and figure out who you like the most.
