To thin c-raise?

Pretty straight forward hand. Villain is pretty competent and capable of bluffing. My question is if the board is to wet in your oppinion to check raise here? or is it on the contrary make him think i have some flush draw and his mid pair is flipping here and make him rereraise.. No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players $10.00+$0.50Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converterSB Mayhem404 1310 BB Hero 1690 Effective Stacks: 66bb Blinds 10/20Pre-Flop (30, 2 players) Hero is BBMayhem404 raises to 40, Hero calls 20Flop (80, 2 players) Hero bets 50, Mayhem404 raises to 240, Hero raises to 600, Mayhem404 folds Final Pot: 920

Yes, I have read and read the sticky and pressed the HTML button...I get the hand nicely formatted in Preview mode oftentimes, but then it does not appear correctly on the forum post. I spent a good total of over an hour trying to get it to work, but I guess I'm stupid or it doesn't like me.But I've been posting hands on various forums' hand converters since I signed up with 2+2 in 2002, and this is the only one I have not been able to use successfully.
