C-Betting!!

Hi, I would like to know if any of you C-BET 50% of the pot, for exemple if the pot is 120, instead of betting 80, betting 60. You seem to save chips and I think that if people is ready to call 60, they are ready to call 80 aswell. Yes the times you c-bet for value you will miss a little of value, but I think that you pot control and that you will c-bet bluff alots often then for value! Let me know what you guys think about how % of the pot you guys are c-betting! Do you guys c-bet the same % each times?/Roamus

Your cbet size should often

Your cbet size should often depend on board texture...A dry flop of A72 or K84 rainbow should usually be a smaller cbet than a board like KQ7 double-suited.Cbet size also depends on your opponent, of course.

I tend to let my cbet size

I tend to let my cbet size depend on effective stacks. so 50-75bb cbet size is like 66-80%, 25-50 50-70% and then 0-25=50%

At the 10/20 level, I usually

At the 10/20 level, I usually bet 80 into 120 except on very dry flops or against good regulars, where I bet just half pot.  These extra 20 chips probably don't matter too much, but I also don't want to give my opponent too good odds to call with a draw.At the 15/30 level, I decrease my c-betting size to just half pot (and also my opening size from 3x'ing to minraising) unless I have a very good reason not to.However, this is also very opponent dependent - against players that I want to fire multiple barrels against I just bet half pot.
