There have been a few posts (forum and blog) indicating some trouble using the hand converter but its really pretty simple (just not at all intuitive):OK, so open up the converter, paste in your hand and make sure its set to output HTML (default I think), and click 'Submit'. You should get a textbox with a load of html back. Select all of this html (dont use ctrl-a it selects whole page), and copy the selection to the clipboard. - ctrl-C or right-click ->copyNow, when you are in the post editor, click the 'Edit HTML Source' button, and a new window pops up to enter your html source into. simply paste in the html output from the hand converter and hit 'Update', and voila!
