I think the hand is played

I think the hand is played well... you could also raise 2,5 to 3 BB Pre but this depends on your game Plan.  The turn check behind is good because you would have to fold if he check raises and there are less hands you beat, that would still call.If you check behind the turn you just have to call a River-bet, he could easily be bluffing or betting for thin value with a weaker Hand even if you think his bet seems to be a Valuebet you can't find a fold there without having very good reads on this opponent.

I agree with Mr. Bird...You played that hand well.Unless your opponent is extremely passive, you cannot possibly get away from that small river bet of 1/3 pot.

Another Problem would be If

Another Problem would be If you fold there you become some kind of exploitable as he could just bet small when any scarecard hits the river in similar Situations.

You played the hand fine.Your opponent played that hand pretty badly. He should of bet that turn after you raised him on the flop.
