Hello everybody,First of all I will give a little introduction of myself to you all. I am a pokerplayer from the Netherlands. My name is Thijs and I am 25 years old.I live in a small vilage in the east of the Netherlands, nearby Almelo and Enschede. I played poker for several years I was in the beginning a relative good tight solid player, but when I made the step to NL50 6-max, it all went wrong I thought I had to make some changes but these changes got totally wrong I was slipping of the ABC-style and was getting loose.Since then I played several games and all without the intence to get better. But now I made a change I am willing to get better and better, but since I play on Stars my bankroll is down from $150 until $70. So from now on I have on own topic where I put my biggest pots from the session in I am trying to get the best notes I can make.It was also a Idea from Rypac13,see also this topic.http://www.husng.com/content/i-am-just-cant-getting-game-right So hopefully you all can give me some advice of my game and also can put me through some vids, where some concepts I make misstakes will get explained.Hopefully you all can understand what I have written down here my english isn't very good cause t isn't my native language. My English is better when i speak then when I must write it down.Little info I play on the $2 non-turbo's on Pokerstars.

The 2nd match I played was better I played better and was more focussed. Villain also was helping cause she/ he was easy to read, Loose Passive and was minbet flop/ minbet turn/ potbet river was strong, else she/ he was very passive and when I raised most of the time he/ she folds. So no hands where I got my thoughts of.

Match 5 I won vs a loose passive player no weird spots or questionI have about this game.
Match 6 I also won villain was in the beginning a passive player later on the match he was min 3betting me with K2o and A4o. I thought he was getting frustated because I raised almopst every button and some of his limps with AQs and JJ. Villain had min 3 bet me twice with A4 and K2, but didn't give that aggression on a AKxRainbow when he had K2, And also didn't give aggression on a T72rainbow board when he hold A4o. But the hand after the A4o, where I runner runner 2 pair, he start dnk minbets the flop, the turn and 1/2 pot on the river with good hands and some bluffs than this hand appaers.I thought when he had a 9 he would or dnk min bet into me what he was doing noe or maybe he would have checkraised me, so I thought almost m whole time bank what to do, I decided to call don't know of it is good or that it was better to fold. Okay thank you for youre reaction Donnew, I thought I the A was a good card to barrel. I just played match 7 nothing interesting I lost my ATo vs A9s vs a very agro villain. He accepted a rematch so the match 8 I won, without do something stupid. I mixed it up and limped some hands and limped some others, I see that Loose Aggressive opponents problems having when you switching gears. I see that since I have made this topic Iam still playing my A-game and not getting tilted when I got a badbeat its just getting better and better.
I think normally it is a very good card to barrel but because the board has 3 of the same suit on the flop a turned Ax hand will c-raise very much on this turn for protection.

I think it is better to quit this topic I think it is getting messed up and confused quit a bit. So I must think about it how I can put the biggest losing hands of the matches post here on the forum.,
It is a little confusing.Don's hand 2 and your match 9 both look fine. However, in your match 9 Monk, you can actually check that turn. Think about the river, only an ace really hurts your hand (a jack isn't fun either I suppose) and not even an Ah. So there's 3 aces that hurt you and probably 3 jacks, for a total of 6 cards, and virtually a 12% chance you see a bad river card, 88% chance you see one that doesn't hurt you.All in all, I would say checking that turn allows him to bluff. It also gets you to the river, which isn't too bad, as Jx is really the only thing you beat now that 3 flush came (aside from smaller pairs that may or may not call at this point, if he's super loose maybe you get Ax value too).As an aside, if you're looking to really rope bad players into getting their stack in on spots like this turn, don't shove. Bet half pot or so, it really commits their hand and if they call with any draw it's terrible. More often, you get them to just shove, incorrectly thinking they had fold equity. If BCM didn't name this, I named it for a concept I've seen him put into action many times, I call that the fish killer bet (or he calls it that, I don't remember). Essentially you have something like a 1k pot, often on the turn (though not necessary) and 800 chips left. You usually have a super strong hand when you do this and are always playing an unaware, poor player, "fish" if you will. You bet something like 300 into 800 and they just go crazy with wide calls or wide shoves. Fish killer. The concept is that fish don't think ahead, so to take advantage of that put them in the worst possible spot on FUTURE streets, you can often somewhat trick them into calling a bet they should not. Just something to think about.
Okay thank you very much for youre reply. As I know there is one bigmistaake in my game and that is I don't look to possible future spots. I see i have some habbits in my game then I am gone autopilot some more. Hopefully with my plan for the coming year I will loose these habbits.
