I 3-bet and get flatted, whats the right sizing here??

Blinds 30/60Pre-Flop (90, 2 players)Wassa 2580Hero 3420Effective Stacks: 43bbHero is BB Wasssa raises to 180, Hero raises to 480, Wasssa calls 300Flop (960, 2 players) Hero bets 360, Wasssa calls 360Turn (1680, 2 players)Hero checks, Wasssa checksRiver (1680, 2 players)Hero checks, Wasssa checksFinal Pot: 1680Wasssa shows Hero shows Wasssa wins 1680 ( won +840 )Hero lost -840  So this villain had been opening 100% 3x from the button throughout the whole match. Now we are getting shallower and I have started to 3-bet him a couple of times. It appears he plays very fit/fold to my 3-bets. This is also why I C-bet so small. Is this a leak on such a dry board?? Also should i set-up myself up for a shove on turn/river with my sizing or??

I think about a half potsize

I think about a half potsize like 480 till 540 wil be fine here, but I think also about the 3-bet size preflop against these players I would just make it bigger, at least 540.

So he isn't calling 3bets

So he isn't calling 3bets often? What sort of range would you put him on?  Smaller broadways?  Maybe a few Kx like KT, KJ perhaps?I'm ignoring the hand he showed up with, as based on your reads it isn't a likely hand I expect to see here.  I would probably bet a bit larger on the flop to set the pot and stacks a bit better.  I'm hesitant to shove the turn, but based on what you said about your reads I'm  unlikely to be folding to a flop raise or turn shove on this board, based on a "shoves or folds a lot vs my 3bets" type read, flat calls are usually very strong or very specific hands, and quite often are things like 98, T9, J9, JT, QT in these spots.

Hey Ry, no he folded the

Hey Ry, no he folded the prior 3bets. this is the first time he has flatted my 3bet. I think I should bet a bit bigger on flop too in hindsight. Im just unsure if i played it to weak overall given that the board really isnt that scary considering his flatting range.I think his flatting range is gonna be a lot of QT, KT, JT, QK, A9+ type of stuff. I think he would def. 4bet strong hands like AQ, AK, 99+ as i have been abusing him a bit with my 3bets. When he calls my flop, I dont think he is floating with just high cards and I put him on some Kx or possibly a flush draw (cant see any 2x, 5x hands in his range.. perhaps A5s but that is about it).The reason i dont second barrel the turn is because the board doesnt change that much and dont think im gonna get him off a hand.  Monk i agree that the c-bet size should be bigger, but the reason i kept my 3-bet size small was that he seemed to fold easily so my hand didnt matter that much. This way I can also 3-bet alot of junkier hands.
