Trying to find out if this site is reputable or not. Has anyone here used SendMyChips dot com to transfer money from Tilt to Stars. Has anyone here heard anything about this site, positive or negative. Any info would be appreaciated.PaulIB_Fishingwanting to change sites quickly
Sthoro from full tilt (forgot the rest of his ID) is part owner of the site.I don't believe they do PokerStars trades though, as PokerStars hadn't given any transfer/trading site permission to operate there. This may have changed, I haven't asked sthoro about it in a long time, but last I heard he told me that was the reason they couldn't do Stars trades.I've never heard of any troubles with the site and I've had nothing but good experiences talking with Sthoro. The worst thing I have heard was from a user I suggested try that site and he told me that it took something like 6-8 hours to do the transfer. I think it was overnight, and I'm not sure if that is standard or not.In any case, if that's the worst thing you can say then their feedback is pretty good.So I won't "vouch" for the site, but everything I have heard about the site has been neutral to positive and there's never been any accusations of scams or shady behavior that I have seen (unlike some other transfer sites I've heard about in the past).
Guess I will have to withdraw and deposit the old fashion way. Can't bring myself to play on Absolute Poker or Ultimate Bet due to scandals of the past. Merge network wants to much personal info for me to cash out. Heard Bodog HUSnG traffic sucks. Guess I am stuck since I live in the land of FREE. I think I should to move to the UK PaulIB_FishingIn bondage because we are FREE!
If you feel like some trial and error, Entraction and Truepoker network are two other options.Rakeback is 35-44% respectively I believe (but I'm not 100% sure).Traffic is about half Merge, so that's my major hesitation to recommend those places for sure. But that's how Merge, and before that, Cake, started. Low, fishy, not known by many good players. They were fish fields for quite some time (Merge still is).
