Just raise pre and if he 3-bets then jam over. Alot of the time people will just 3bet jam small pps which you beat but will check them back if you limp to them.
A lot of the value also comes from an aggressive opponent 3betting and then folding often to your jam (and when called you're often in decent shape, aside from higher PPs).
