Villain limps about 30% and open raises about 40% on the button; on this river , I hit the straight and also backdoor flush got there;I'm not sure if I should fold here. And I think maybe my river bet size is a mistake , because he could call a small bet with Jx , Kx etc but probably fold to a big bet. I don't thik you should fold here.Bet sizing is interesting in this situation, I'll revisit that after some replies. But your river call... I don't see folding being better in this spot.
I don't see folding either, but would like to add another question to op hand:I lead flop close to 100%, because the calling range of villains include so many gutshuts, Tx and Jx hands I want get value from. So my question: Is bet flop better than check?
I agree crstn, a flop bet for value is often good here. Some specific reads can of course influence that enough to change your decision to lead, but generally I think leading > checking here.
The question is more if you should lead the flop, not if you should fold river.
I'd never fold.
