Can't win

I play on FullTilt, and I have no rakeback. The reason I play on fulltilt is because I always have and because the micro stakes are lower for HUSNGS, right? But I've been playing the one dollar HUSNG for quite a while now, trying to beat them. But I am down at least $200, I mean that's pretty terrible. I know one of my main problems is tilt. When I tilt I just never believe anyone, always think their bluffing me. A majority of the time I'm a non believer. I actually think I play fine, but I always semm to make bad moves. I don't know. Is there a video on tilt management? I've watched the mental one by cog and the one by RyPac where he loses 3 times, is there more? I've also downloaded all of the videos in the video list thing with the categories, like beginner and end game and such, and categorized them. And I watch them whenever I feel I need help on my game or as a warm up, but I just the $25 I put on last week and I am pretty tilted. I was up to about $36 at one point, but once I start losing it was all down hill. I really just don't understand. Any general tips? I just want to be able to beat at least the micro stakes. What I think I need to work on:TiltAdjusting to opponents, which I am pertty good at.Other than that, I think my preflop starting range is fine and my post flop play is pretty standard. I am also really bad at LAG opponents who raise and reraise, Ill play real tight and call em down with like top pair or mid pair top kicker and they'll manage to have something everytime.

I just reread and I

I just reread and I contradict myself a lot. But I would still like some general advice.

I'm not in much position to

I'm not in much position to be giving advice, but for what its worth:If you're losing $200 at the $1s then either your approach to husngs is completely flawed (and you should focus on mastering a solid, ABC style - probably start by looking at the beginner videos in the new video section) - or else having major tilt issues which is preventing you from applying good decisions. There are probably many books' worth of material on tilt on the internet, but all I'd say is that its a personal thing that only you yourself know when you are not feeling/playing your best, and you should be disciplined with yourself to do whatever it takes for you to be in a positive, focussed frame of mind when you play - whether it be stepping away from the PC after each game, following a stop loss limit etcetc...gl!

I would suggest posting some

I would suggest posting some hand histories on a regular bases in the hand history section of this forum and also 2+2 to get some free advice on how you play and think about your hands

Yes, keep posting hands.  If

Yes, keep posting hands.  If you lost 200 buyins it is likely that you can fix some major flaws in your approach to heads up sngs very quickly.  You may just need a jump start with some forum posting hands (and I see you posted one already, so keep that up), then some videos to further help you.I would suggest looking at some of Cog Dissonance's videos as wella s Fydor's leakfinders.  Cog does limp a lot preflop in many videos, so don't focus on that (or if you find you prefer limping go ahead and focus on that), but what you really want to focus on is how he identifies his opponents and then adjusts postflop to them.  It's likely that you are doing something unbalanced when you play to be down 200 buyins, maybe it's calling way too often OOP in large pots, maybe you bluff way too often on a street or two then give up, maybe you slowplay way too often with strong hands and never value bet weaker hands, whatever the case may be, the sooner we can identify this is the sooner you can fix this and start to really progress.Fydor's leakfinders should be ideal to really look at fundamental concepts, especially some of his $1-20 buyin leakfinders.

I believe I have fixed one of

I believe I have fixed one of my biggest leaks in about ten minutes by watching primo's HUSNG from scratch. I'd always watch like the first minute because I thought it might have something interesting but I could never watch very fun into it because it was all stuff I thought I knew, but once he got to ranges OOP I realized I use the same calling ranges OOP that I do for raising ranges IP. Which is not what I should be doing. So I reaally tightened my OOP preflop range, and I have played so much better. Even though I haven't played a large volume of games to say this has fixed all my problems, I obviously still have some leaks, but this one has helped a lot. I thought I knew the calling ranges too, but I didn't realize how tight OOP you need to be.Plus fixing that has helped with my tilt a lot as well, because I tilted when I made bad decisions, not when I got unlucky. And I obviously made a lot when I got involved in pots OOP. I will continue to post hands and work on my game, but thanks so much for all the help everyone.

Another one of my leaks that

Another one of my leaks that I have been improving a lot but still fall too sometimes is I will continue to bluff every street against loose opponents with weak holdings who just won't fold(Calling stations). Or if I flop something similar to middle pair IP and I c-bet, opponent calls, flop comes lower card/blank, so I c-bet again for value hoping for him to call with draw/weaker hand, and if c/r  me I assume he's trying to bluff me off my hand or get a cheap showdown by scaring me, so I'll either go over the top or call and bet again on the river, and they seem to have TP or better. So I need to work on believing my opponents. I have gotten better at telling the difference between bluff and value though it seems.

also check out beating the

also check out beating the midstakes by mjw006. HUSnG form scratch along with this video series will help every one who is still learning the basic fundamentals of the game. After understanding those two series then check out Video 41 Post flop play by Cog Dissonace. After understand this video and putting all this info together all you will need is end game help and you will be beating low stake opponents on a regular basis assuming you do what you learn in these videos. PaulIB_FishingMy game was over hauled by HUSnG From Scratch, Beating the Midstakes, Post Flop Play and Endgame vids by Mersennary
