Problems in my game

Well it is been a long time since I have updated my Blog and since I have posted here on the forum. So what happened with me in maintime. I haven't played alot the last few weeks, I think for about 100 games and not much more. I have been busy with work and school and still working out alot. But how is it going with my game, well I can be really honest with you about my game it is going down like I am setting a World Record for going dawn as fast as possible. So what is the main effect when this is happening well I am not playing as focus as I would love to play. Also when I lose a hand I am losing my temperament in the chat, I talk shit during whole the game.  This is one thing I really am working on that I don't shout out in the chatbox. Other thing is I am back in my old habbit for surfing the interwebz during my game, I aso lost my Bankrollmanagement and started out playing the $4,40 180 man or the $2,20 180 mans again.I also have troubles for making reads and adjusting versus my opponents. One other big problem I have is playing OOP and the aggression I have a big problem with my aggression I think in certain ways I am way to aggressive and in certains ways I am way to passive and losing a lot off value.Hopefully you guys have some ideas how I can change my game back and wich video's are good to see, I have watched several video's I also useed the video trainingschedule what Rypac13 made.Somethings I will try to do is posting more hands on the fora.I would love to hear from you all. Ty.Ciao!

Good honesty and self

Good honesty and self analysis here. One idea would be to break your "need to improve" list down into two categories: Strategy and Mental.Put the tilt, chat control and bankroll management issues, along with the surfing the web into the mental category.  Put anything to do with the actual decisions you make in game with the cards into strategy. From there, try to list some good ideas on how you can work to resolve these.  Usually this is not instant, so try not to expect instant success with these improvements, just steady progress.Turn your chat off.  Nothing important happens in the chat.  I know you will feel like you may miss some edge out on a tilted opponent, or some reads that they are giving off, but that's thin at best, and it's so infrequent that you gain valuable information this way.  And since it's obviously hurting you by having it on, it is clearly best to just turn it off.Surfing the web: Don't do it!  Put your browser inside a folder, or two, or three on your desktop so that it's not sitting there, begging to be clicked.  Maximize your poker table while playing so nothing else is on the screen.  With the chat off and no icons to click, you should be fully focused on your match.Adjusting to opponents: Watch some video sat the $5-30 level.  Try to watch a video before each session, or at least part of a video.  Cog does a lot with adapting to opponent types.  Fydor leakfinders may be helpful too, pick some of the best (the guide is good for that) and watch those.  Just try to watch something before each session, hopefully that can put some good things into your head pre session.  But I think a lot of adjusting to your opponents will come from being totally focused. As far as using the correct levels of aggression, that can be improved simply by focusing and thinking through each decision.  It may not improve right away, but if you're really focusing on videos and the aggression levels used in various situations in the videos, and post hands that you're not sure of from your own matches on the forums, that combination should get you improving right away.

Okay thank you very much for

Okay thank you very much for youre reply Rypac. About turning the chat off it is realy a good idea and will do it right away.I think when you be honest avout youre game and you know what you are doing wrong it is one step for improving, the biggest problem was I started out with a good moot and when I started with playing HUSNG's I was totally focussed but several weeks later I started falling in my old habbits. So this is something where I really need to work on.  About watching a video before I start a session is also a good idea so I will start doing this also.About the mental aspect there isn't much what you can do about it, it is more like how stron youree willpower is so I need to start about this point all over again, and when I get a lake off interess  in the game I need to quit. And maybe it is a Idea to start out with session for about a hour or a hour a half.
