Another hand

No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players • PokerStars$14.39+$0.61 Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converter SBbillyhoyler1222  BBHero1778  Effective Stacks: 61bb Blinds 10/20 Pre-Flop (30, 2 players) Hero is BB billyhoyler raises to 60, Hero raises to 200, billyhoyler calls 140   Flop (400, 2 players)    Similar to first hand but this hand the SPR is much smaller and the board contains lots of straight draw as well.3rd hand of the match, villain limped his first button and raised this one.No reads on villain. What should be our plan here?Bet 300 and commit ourself to call his 3bet shove? If get called shove any turn except  3 4 5 8 9 T that complete straight? Thanks.

I woulnd't be donking into an

I woulnd't be donking into an unknown on KK2t, your right in thinking that he rarely has anything, but moreover you never have anything either, and if you did you prolly wouldn't play it like this.  With AQ in the first hand I'm trying to get to SD, so I c/c flop and go from there. Cbetting is gonna make the hand harder to play oop imo.  In the 2nd hand I wouldn't hate cb/giveup, obv the board texture and PSR is different from the first hand... c/c flop is meh, he's gonna have alot of hands that can turn equity and barrel, or he already has SDs....

I think there is a big

I think there is a big difference in the hands and boards. On hand one you basically have the best hand by far most of the time. So I think it is a clear value bet. Tons of worse hands are calling you: Ax, Kx random floats. I would not consider folding to a raise.Hand two also is a clear C-Bet imo, but depending on opponents reaction there are a lot more hands that have you beat or have better equity on this flop

I see wat you mean by

I see wat you mean by bettting for valuein  hand 1, but he's gonna float with stuff like JTo and Q8o and just looooads of random crap, the board is gonna run out shitty for us alot, like 8turn Jriver, or watever, our hand is gonna be pretty hard to play witout a decent read on villain.

Thinking how the board could

Thinking how the board could run out on this flop is not a valid argument imoFirst of all we more than likely win the pot right now, and I rather prefer the board running out bad then to call one street and fold to his turn barrel with the best hand.Maybe someone else can chime in. I am very interested in other opinions, because I 100% c-bet such a board with AQo and be happy about it and like to know if that could be a leak in my game.
