I am trying to study the endgame tables and I am a little bit confused..When the table I use (either chubukov either nash) says e.g 10bb (20sb for slansky) is +ev to shove, this refers to a 10bb effective stack AFTER the blinds are in the pot or before? An example: let's say is +EV to shove 10bb and below. blinds 10/20, effective stack 210. When the blinds are in the pot, effective stack= 190 => 9.5bb , profitable shove. But if we count the stack in total big blinds BEFORE the blinds got in the pot=> effective=210 => 10.5bb , not profitable shove. What is the right method of calculation? Thanks a lot!
effective stacks include blind, gl
^ What dyb said.Make sure you're not using these charts as black and white strategy, just as a starting point/something to base your strategy off of.
Where can I find these charts?
I can email u a version if you PM me

Thanks dyb and Cog..
I have printed this chart out and stuck it above my desk it is very useful. My main issue is with the caller chart; are effective stack sizes included in the decision making process at all. For example if the blinds are 50/100 you would snap call A6o with a stack size of 600. However if you are faced with a decision to call an all in from a guy with 600, is it really the same decision?I hope this makes sense!
@nomadicwarrior, the chart is only for situations where the small blind is playing an "all in or fold" strategy (no limping, no raising to a smaller extent). The chart is measured in effective big blind stacks before any blinds are posted. This means, if the smallest stack is 600 chips prior to the blinds being posted and the blinds are 50-100, you would divide 600 by 100 and you would be 6bb deep (so 6 would be the number to use when looking at the charts). The charts are not ideal to use blindly even in "push or fold" situations. When you use them outside of push or fold situations, it can be used incorrectly very fast (most good players that use Nash just use it as a reference, see Mersenneary videos for detailed strategy that is higher expectation than this).
