I wouldnt call A3h, even if hes tilted your hand doesnt crush so much. you hand doesnt run well vs. a huge part of his range and that is PP 22-99 Think about overall ev. , 17 bb effective is too deep for my taste. under 14bb i instacallMy range here would be ATs+ , AJ+ , 66+ , maybe 55

I would call here, it's actually more interesting against a medium to loose player that hasn't been tilted (and has no reason to be tilted) that open shoves around 15-17bb, where it can certainly be correct to fold.But vs a tilter, I would call without thinking twice, if he has AT or something gg, but I know a lot of times we're ahead against players that just lost a big hand and don't have a lot of discipline (and aren't afraid to splash around a bit). If you throw in a hand range you can usually find over 50% equity against a realistic prospective "tilty" range. It's usually wide enough to make this call quite a bit better than folding (note, you don't need 50% equity to make a call better than a fold).--For the converter, follow the sticky thread in this forum step by step, it should produce a more friendly HH, but these .txts are fine in my mind, I read and saw your hand instantly, without needing to reread.
This is somewhat close, people do like to just openshove their strong hands to after losing big pots. You do have an ace yourself, which reduces the chance of him having one by like 20%. I do think its a call for the reasons rypac posted.
