Hi!I'm a $60 hypers reg on Stars.About myself, I'm 25, from Tallinn, Estonia. I havent been active here or in 2+2 but I'm somewhat active in an Estonain poker forum but hopefully that will change toward being active here way more. As somewhat relative to poker I also organise a football team of poker players in Tallinn.I havent made a topic yet as I have lately started to play with a pretty decent volume of like 150-200 games per day 2tabling and so usually I don't really remember any difficult hands by the end of the day. Not that there are too many at this level. I've so far had a 4% ROI over about 1,5k'ish sample which I believe is sustainable as I've had a 25 and a 30 BI downswing already. Before I used to play $30 and $60 turbos being a marginal winner of about 4-5% ROI (over 10% in 30's though) with much smaller volume so transforming to Hypers has been a really good choice for me. I guess the endgame part of HUSNG's is my thing, never been espesially good at deeper stacks. I played relatively uncreative fit or fold deeper not 2 or 3berrel bluffing nearly enough in the right situations but this is working quite well in hypers for now if to adjust and react well enough. At least for the moment as the level of play is not too good yet in $60'sI've had some questions about ranges in different preflop situations but I got some good material to think about already from Jhub's (something like it his username was, sry if not correct) thread. Hopefully I will develop some more specific questions soon. For the next few days I will continue to just be reading other peoples topics and articles and own questions will be sporadic at best.My goals with poker are to be crushing the 100's or starting with $200's by the end of the year and have some specific but too big goals to announce just yet for next year. Goals for the month are [ ] to crush the $60s for around 3,5k games, [ ] get the football team better organised and hopefully get our first win :D, [ ] to get into form for a marathon mid september. (yes, other than that I'm more-less a nolifer but I don't really plan much for social life). So I hope to get the best out of this program, to find new poker friends, to help contribute here, to grow as a poker player and a person and to continue with the program (if I qualify) for the months ahead. Really great job mers and Hokie!muruntau
Nice. Glad you started a thread. That's some sick volume...keep it up! If you want to save some hands during your session, something I used to do was open a notepad and just copy/paste interesting hands into it throughout session - go back later and review them or post them here.Good luck
good luck :)
Really like the idea with the notepad !In the past, while playing Turbos, I always used PT3's "Mark Hand for Review" feature - which is a bit of a problem in a ST when something comes up early, before PT3 even picks up on the HH. So I often missed hands.I often planned to look at some hands after my session, but then forgot which game it was, etc.But the notepad idea works really great. Now I can easily go back and look over previous hands :-)
saving any hands? how's volume coming along?
I've so far forgotten to open notepad, had a few questionable spots but before I was able to react and save it new hands came along and I completely forgot about those. Will keep notepad open at all times from now on.Volume is coming pretty solid, average 180 games per day or so. Results have been pretty good as well, +1,3k'sh +rb over the last 3 days. So far i'm on pace for 4k games this month. Btw, what is the biggest number of SNG's (super/hyper) played per month? Is there anyone who averages +4k/month? I will maybe try 5k games in september, just wondering if it is doable :) Edit: btw, $100's are not too far away for me, maybe will try them in the end of the week or next week.
im not sure what the record is. that is unbelievably sick though. congrats.
