Hi. I keep hearing about <25bb maths but for a non-maths person, this is difficult to grasp. Not least because you pick up scraps here and there from bits and pieces of wells/FAQs/posts etc.Is there anything comprehensive out there?thanks

What exactly are you looking for math wise?Often I hear phrases such as "math or feel" and other such terms and I think they are misapplied (similar to "just play ABC poker" or "I play a good ABC game" are almost always misapplied). The goal is to make decisions that have strong evidence that they are the best decisions. You could also say taking a fact based approach to heads up poker is the ideal strategy in this game. You don't really need a lot of advanced math though, you can use things such as 3bet shoving spreadsheets (though these are currently flawed and being fixed to properly include card removal impact which ranges from small to medium in the impact it has on the results you get from these spreadsheets). Beyond that, propokertools is a good tool to use to get some factual results of the EV of various plays against various opponent types. One downfall of inexperienced players trying to solve situations or find the answer in certain hands is that they do not properly assess their opponent's range. In short, if your variables/ranges are not correct or near correct, you won't have a relevant (nor likely a correct) answer to the situation you are trying to solve. Utilize the forums for those sorts of questions though, if you're not sure what sort of range the average opponent has hand 1 with a check raise of a cbet on a A72 rainbow flop, just ask in the forums and utilize that feedback to build an estimate range and solve a situation.
Check out PrimordialAA's video called "HUSNG from Scratch - Advanced"..I am very bad at math also but I found this video gave me an idea of how to study these spots this shallow. While I don't know the math behind why I can for example.. reshove profitably with any 2 cards when someone is opening like 60% 20bb deep I know I can because of this video and he explains other stuff also.
