Since you'll only be deeper stacked for about 2 minutes, you can use all the turbo and regular speed levels, particularly early parts/deeper parts of the videos to help guide you for the early levels of iPoker super turbos.For the short effective stacks, use anything labeled "end game" or "super turbo" (or hyper turbo), as that will be directly applicable to the effective stack area you'll tend to be at within a few minutes of starting an iPoker super turbo.iPoker super turbos aren't the most player friendly game in the world though.  Check out a recent thread about them here: http://www.husng.com/content/hypers-whCliffs: Beatable but very likely to be worse for a winning player than Stars hypers or iPoker turbos even.

if u dont have a 50+% rb deal and are trying to improve/move up/learn etc i wouldnt recommend this.best regs have -1 to 1% roi ( which makes it very nice after rakeback), but having -1 to 0% roi firstly dictates having even sicker swings than the 3 to 5% players get on pokerstars for example, and you dont even know if you can achieve that
