Against tight players you can go up to 100%, depending on how tight they are.Vs loose players, it depends how loose they are (if you can push them off hands postflop then their preflop loose play doesn't really matter as much and you can raise wider).Lags you usually want to be a little tighter against, but look to see if they let you limp, pay attention to their preflop 3betting range and know how to counter various 3bet strategies (that's more of something covered in videos, a bit too in depth to really look at here probably, though if you have somehands to post in the HH review section that can work too).
