goddddd. i just wrote on a massive message and it deleted it wen i went to send... ughhh. Anyway I will try again. EV in hypers.. Is it even worthwhile. I switched to hypers like alot of guys and i ran really hot at first.. was loving life.. then the invetivable downswing kicks in and that made me calc the EV for them.. so i used to 2-3 table normal husngs at $100 but it seems that i can only 1 table hypers or i get spewy and cant get a feel for there range.. so im playing $60 1 tabling calcs are as follows $60 *100 game s a day 1 tabling (even this is a push) at a realistic 2% roi .. this works out at $1.17 a game so $117 a day + $37 rb.. so say $150 a day.. ughhh not cool! anyway Im just basically wondering what volume and level people play and whether they think they are worthwhile after the first cpl of months grinding them
You say thats not cool: How many games do you play per hour? Should be about 5 hours playing time, right? So 30$/h ?
Honestly I do not get the problem?Just today I added hypers to my excel sheet for calculation purposes. Giving you 28 hours / week (4 hours a day, 25 games an hour - just for doing the easy math) and calculating on 30 days a month, useing your ROI of 2% and calculating with the multiplikator of a Super Nova (because this is the status you will eventually get) you make 4764.24$ / Month.Even, if you are useing a 100 BI BRM it should take (on average) ~1 month for you to get the roll for the 100$ Hypers.4.7k seems pretty nice in my eyes, for a 28 hour week.

I agree with Barrin, those aren't bad numbers, especially if you're just starting in these hypers/weathering downswings.Also, you're just one tabling! Some of the better pros at the $60s can 3-4 table with higher ROIs, so you have room to grow.I believe Chadders has been 4+ tabling with at least a similar ROI, maybe better. Multiply your numbers by 2-4x and you'll be quite happy, right? That's a good goal to aspire to if you're already a winner at that rate on one table and plan to play heads up sngs professionally (Note: professional is the keyword there, meaning taking it seriously for income/full time job).
yeah i have played husngs/mtts full time for over a year and im just finding it hard to make the change to hypers.. so theres no real problem apart from me wanting to know how guys feel about them that have made the change.. I havnt always 1 tabled.. i 2-3 tabled for a while but felt i wasnt playing too well. they calculations were alot different to mine so maybe i done it wrong. As for chadders.. even tho hes good hes even having a horrific downswing atm and are they really worth the stress is my real question..
