I think your turn bet is too

I think your turn bet is too small. We have a big hand on this board and we should expect to get another call from 9x and at least one more call from Kx (note that we're 72bb deep, he won't c/r this hand on the flop as often). He can have a few better Ax hands but since we block those we should be really happy betting 3 streets here for a normal size. My standard is 150 but i wouldn't mindanything from 130-160 really. The river is a clear fold in my experience, he can show up with a few bluffs (QJ/QT/JT or weak pairs) once he gets to the river but actually pulling the trigger on a check/jam with those hands is another story. As for value hands he mostly has his flush hands, althuogh 44/A4/A9 are also reasonably likely, maybe 33/A3 if he's stationy. I think those hands are often just check/calling this particular river though, and his flushes are most of what you'll run into. Something worth noting although not important in your decision making at this level is that this is one of the worst hands you'll ever value bet here, so even if you don't know his bluffing frequency you shouldn't feel bad letting him make you fold this hand.

The reason I bet small on the turn

Thanks. The reason I bet small on the turn was because I thought the A was a scare card so by betting small, I would keep more 9xs in the hand., but I'll try betting bigger in these sort of spots in the future then.
