May I ask if you are a pure beginner or if you all ready have some kinds of experience with those kind of math?I am asking this, because it is one thing to calculate if you shall shove or fold. This is easy to understand and can be done easily by yourself, after you did read the explanation once. Howsoever, if you wanna know if the call of a openraise  (with the call of an all-in shove it would be easy to calculate) is a better option the 3bet-shoveing, one need to include tons of factors if you wanna get the most detailled result. (for the most detailled of results you would have to calculate how often he hits the flop, how often he does c-bet, how often he does call to a 3bet on his c-bet, if he does only play fit or fold, if he calls a 3bet but folds to a second barrel if still missed.....and so on)I truely belive, that a (total) beginner without basic understanding of those math (or good math understanding in general) would be better off, haveing no Idea how to calculate *this scenario* for the time being, because this math could simply 'crush' him.

I assume you mean that he calls the 3bet-AI with 30% of those 80%?Blinds: 10/20Chips: 500 vs 500Equity push:Fold Equity: 50 * 70% = 35 Chips on AVG.Equity PUSH (with 50% 3bet-Range): 42.46% (U win)500 * 42.46% = 211.3 Chips * 0.3 = 63.39 Chips on AVG480 * 57.54% = -276.19 * 0.3 = -82.86 Chips on AVG 63.39 + 35 = 98.3998.39 - 82.86 = +15.53 Chips on AVG.Since folding on his oR would cost you -0.5BB or -10 Chips, the 3bet push would have better expected value thatn the fold. As allways: no guarantee that the math is correct.
