3b hand choice seems fine against this guy, although I'd make it like 210 if you say he's folding too often. On the flop I'd like to know more about his mindset to figure out how he plays this flop when we check but I don't think we can really do anything but check. His range is strong preflop so this board will connect very well with his range, and the few hands that don't connect with this board we're in pretty good shape against. We can just kinda evaluate his bet size if he does bet, I'd tend to call once if he makes it half pot or less and fold to further action, and fold the flop if he bets big.
