If not, please explain.Black Chip support should be good. Carbon's support has been very disappointing to me and is one of the reasons we dropped them from our featured Merge slot. They offered great rewards for players, but support was just non responsive, beyond the degree of acceptable, even when factoring in black friday. I experienced the same issues others have with support and communication, unfortunately.

Yea cashouts have taken a long time for many I believe, 4-8 weeks at times.Now seems a particularly bad time, I'm leaving my "roll" there, if you can even call it that.
