I've had multiple emails with both Ryan and support. Ryan does his best but he is constrained by poor help beyond him. Carbon and PokerAffiliateSolutions (aka PAS, who is the rake affiliate affiliate) are doing a horrible job getting people the money they win in promotions and in communcation. I played quite a bit on Carbon in April and still have not received the money from their Rake Chase (5 weeks after it ended). PAS also has my stats incorrectly low even if they were to pay it. I think people need to be made aware that these promotions are turning into hogwash and shouldn't use them in deciding who to choose for their affiliate.
You're absolutely right. It took them two months to get you the March payment I believe and they still haven't paid you for April and the stats may not even be completely correct.I believe last time it was sorted PAS told me multiple times it was Carbon who pays this out and it would make sense as Merge, and Carbon in particular, seem to be swamped/lagging with support and processing. It's not really excusable in my mind though and I'll keep pushing for answers as to why you haven't been paid.
I actually got the March rake chase payment only 4 weeks after that chase ended. Now it's getting worse and who knows if it will even get paid out. My post is in no way targetted towards Ryan doing anything poorly. It is most likely Merge/Carbon's fault. Are other people having the same problem of not getting paid the rake chases/races? any other sites having issues?
We had a Doyle's Room rake race payment that took a long time to pay. There were a few others as well that emailed me from the March delay. If I recall correctly, Carbon was telling people in March it was on PAS end, and then eventually it was determined that it was indeen Carbon. I'm waiting on another reply still.
I just missed getting rakeback offers a few months back. I just thought they shouldn't have gotten any problem in the past.. I just missed it.
Love it
Oh, the current VIP stuff is better for any user raking over $500 per month compared to the old 35% rakeback offer anyways, so unless you rake a smaller amount each month, you're actually better to just sign up for the VIP.If you rake under $500 a month, then the old rakeback was likely better, but shouldn't be costing you any more than $40 a month at most I believe compared to the old 35%.
